We use a four (4) level progressive program, around which we design our weekly lesson plans. Evaluations occur every few months to determine if your child has passed a level.
Level 1 is Beginner 1, and Level 2 is Beginner 2. These classes are one (1) hour long. Level 3 is Intermediate and Level 4 is Advanced. These classes are one hour and a half (1.5 hours) long.
The student will remain in the same class after passing Level 1. They will simply be focusing more on Level 2 skills. Please note, we still review the basics (Level 1) every now and then. However after passing Level 2, they will switch into a Level 3 / 4 class (Intermediated/Advanced).
We will also incorporate flexibility and strengthening exercises, while using safe and challenging progressions. Balance and coordination will improve greatly with participation in our classes. We would love for the children to develop a passion for movement and fitness!
